This Privacy Policy applies to the Shopping Minder mobile application and any directly related services operated by LACKO rent s.r.o. (collectively, the “Application”). LACKO rent s.r.o. is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download or use it. Registration and user accounts are not required.
When the Application uses an active internet connection, standard network infrastructure may temporarily process technical protocol information, such as an IP address, solely to establish and deliver the connection. The Application does not retain this information or use it for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
Precise location is not collected
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
No personal data is shared
Because the Application does not collect or store personal information during normal use, it does not share such information with third parties for advertising, analytics, profiling, or sale.
We do not retain app-user personal data
Shopping Minder does not collect or store personal information during normal use. Therefore, there is no personal app-user data retained by the Service Provider and no retention period for such data.
There is no stored app-user data to delete
Because Shopping Minder does not collect or store personal information during normal use, the Service Provider generally has no personal app-user data to delete from its systems.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application and its locally stored app content from your device, subject to your device operating system and backup settings.
If you have separately contacted the Service Provider and voluntarily provided personal information outside the Application, you may request deletion of that correspondence or information by emailing support@lackorent.store. The Service Provider will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no in-app personal-data collection to opt out of. You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market the Application to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, no personal information about children is intentionally collected through the Application.
Security
Because the Application does not collect or store personal data during normal use, the exposure of personal app-user data is minimized. No technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems under its control.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect or store personal information during normal use, a breach affecting personal app-user data held by the Application is unlikely. If a security incident involves personal information that was voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside the Application, the Service Provider will respond and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, the Service Provider will follow those requirements.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 24, 2026.
Your Consent
Where you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside the Application and processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
